UAB ,,NIROBALT" quality policy

UAB „Nirobalt“ aims to be a competitive service company in the field of metalworking in Lithuania, which designs and manufactures various stainless steel products.

The main aims and objectives of UAB Nirobalt are:

- To increase the value and competitiveness of the company by continuously improving all management and operational processes;

- to take into account the wishes of our customers and to meet their needs to the maximum extent possible.

In order to achieve these objectives, Nirobalt UAB undertakes to:

- to maintain and continuously improve the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of LST EN ISO 9001:2015, to analyze and improve the performance of the quality management system;

- to analyse the needs of the customers and to provide rational solutions for their implementation;

- to achieve full and beneficial cooperation with both suppliers and customers;

- to ensure that staff are appropriately qualified and systematically improve their qualifications;

- to create a working environment in which every employee is accountable for his/her actions and is aware of and understands the quality policy;

- to allocate all the resources necessary for the effective functioning of the quality management system.
